The development of 5 points is proposed in this phase:

1.- To be able to count on a specialized center in this matter in the immediate future, which can be compared with the existing centers.

2.- Establish contacts within the ICAM (International Confederation of Architecture Museums) network with other centers with similar characteristics.

3.- Propose studies, research papers and doctoral theses with the materials found, which may suggest new actions to be carried out on a regional, national and international level.

4.- Promote the exchange of exhibitions and meetings that make our heritage and the heritage of other European regions known.

5.- To promote that this work results in a greater knowledge of our architecture, fostering contemporary debate about it.

Hoy en día y gracias a esta terea que estamos realizando, en la salvaguardia, estudio e investigación de nuestro patrimonio arquitectónico y urbano. Se puede poner en parangón dicha labor con la que llevan a cabo este tipo de centros, sintonizando completamente con las directrices del ICAM en este sentido, que agrupa a cerca de 200 instituciones de más de 40 países en todo el mundo.

…debemos analizar con detenimiento los archivos que disponemos, que poseen un rico material visual y de análisis. Dicho material del que aportamos un amplio índice en el apéndice documental, se centra en los arquitectos: Miguel Garai, Alberto Ustarroz & Manuel Iñiguez, Joaquín Montero, José Antonio Pizarro y Xabier Unzurrunzaga, cuyos fondos nos encontramos tratando en la actualidad.

…tenemos a disposición unos materiales privilegiados para explicar aspectos relacionados con la formación y profesión arquitectónica, teniendo una base suficiente para seguir con esta interminable tarea, que consolide a nuestro territorio como uno de los más avanzados en este sentido, al nivel de cualquier centro internacional dedicado a estos menesteres.
