THEREFORE, THIS PROJECT NOT ONLY AIMS TO RESPOND TO A SPECIFIC PROGRAM, BUT ALSO TO SOLVE THE URBAN FABRIC, SO AN IMPORTANT INTERVENTION IS CARRIED OUT TO ADAPT THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUT THE BUILDING IN CONTACT WITH THE CITY.
The project starts from the reading of the city and the site has been raised as an urban piece from the beginning. The intervention is located in one of the most wonderful places in Toulouse, a site facing the Oria River. It has many conditions: on the one hand, to provide a solution to urban problems and, on the other hand, to fill the gap in the network of facilities.
Therefore, this project not only aims to respond to a specific program, but also to solve the urban fabric, so an important intervention is carried out to adapt the environment and put the building in contact with the city.
As for the building, two main programs are proposed: the café-theater at ground level and the center of creation from dragging.
