“THE OBJECTIVE IS NOT ONLY TO REVIVE ITS USE THROUGHOUT HISTORY, BUT TO MAKE IT MORE USEFUL AND ATTRACTIVE BY ADDING THE DIFFERENT USES PROPOSED BY THE TOWN, BOTH IN CONSTRUCTION AND URBAN PLANNING.”
The decline of the pasaitarra industry has meant that the connection between sea and town has been lost, as these plots have been abandoned due to neglect. Taking advantage of the benefit of this location and the resources offered by the environment, a project is proposed that will be integrated into the use and topography.
The bay of Pasaia has been a source of wealth (maritime heritage), a social energizer and a source of values. Cultural heritage in itself does not generate anything, its existence does not generate development, these heritages must be socialized, made accessible and integrated into society.
The objective is not only to revive its use throughout history, but to make it more useful and attractive by adding the different uses proposed by the town, both in construction and urban planning.
