The activities carried out are divided into two types, on the one hand, the dissemination and practical application of research carried out in previous years and, on the other, those of research in the field of study. Among the first, is the collaboration in the organization of the Re-housing days and the development of a proposal for the call “BCN-NYC Affordable Housing Challenge”. In the field of research, two feasibility analysis works and specific ATRI proposals have been carried out in the Basque Country and a study on applicable typologies in the field of rapid and industrialized housing construction.

En el ámbito de la investigación se ha realizado un estudio de tipologías desde el punto de vista de la aplicación de sistemas de prefabricados en la construcción de Vivienda Pública. El trabajo se ha centrado en los sistemas tridimensionales y en la combinación de sistemas tridimensionales con elementos bidimensionales. No se incidido en los sistemas constructivos propiamente dichos, más allá de su repercusión en las tipologías de vivienda.

En otoño de 2019 se ha iniciado el análisis de casos de un núcleo urbano definido, para lo que se ha elegido Donostia. Se ha realizado un trabajo previo de identificación de casos y se han encajado posibles soluciones para cada ubicación. Se trata de un estudio preliminar que se pretende desarrollar próximamente, tal como se explicará más adelante.
